Pam Dunn

Broker Associate, Compass

Denver, block by block

An office in Cherry Creek. A home in the suburbs. A working knowledge of everything between.

Pam has spent more than two decades in residential brokerage, negotiating contracts for buyers and sellers across the Denver metro. She came to Denver from Alaska for college and stayed, raising her family here.

Pam is a teacher by training, with an advanced degree. It shows in how she works: she explains each step before it arrives, prepares her clients for the decisions ahead, and keeps the process calm. Many of her clients have bought or sold from out of state, trusting her to be their eyes and hands in Denver.

The market

One metro, dozens of distinct markets.

A 1908 townhome near Cheesman Park, a gated condominium on a Highlands Ranch fairway and a contemporary home in a Cherry Creek enclave each sell for different reasons, to different buyers, on different timelines. Pam’s work spans all three, and she prices, prepares and negotiates for the specific street, not the metro average.

Neighborhood guides

How Pam works

Quiet preparation. Firm negotiation.

01

Negotiation that holds up

Pam is a veteran of residential contracts, from multiple-offer purchases to inspection and appraisal negotiations. One buyer credits her with winning a home that drew at least five competing offers.

02

Ready for clients at a distance

Several of Pam’s clients have bought or sold without living in Denver, including sellers of an inherited home hundreds of miles away. She handles showings, vendors and closing logistics on the ground and keeps everyone informed.

03

Homes prepared to sell

Sellers get specific recommendations on what to fix, paint, stage or leave alone, and access to Compass Concierge, which can front the cost of approved pre-sale improvements.

04

Buyers who walk in informed

Pam’s buyers go into showings with background on each home and the neighborhood around it, and a frank read on the risks of an older house, an HOA or a school boundary.
